Frequently Asked Questions

Why can SCiB™ be charged and discharged even at low temperatures (-30°C)?

By using lithium titanium oxide(LTO) in the anode, SCiB™ prevents lithium metal deposition in principle even when charged at low temperatures, enabling charge and discharge even in low-temperature environments down to -30°C.

This makes SCiB™ suitable not only for use in cold regions, but also for applications that require high reliability and safety, such as mobility, social infrastructure, and industrial equipment.
