Export Control Regulations

  1. Export control and restrictions on transfer
    A commodity may be subject to the laws and regulations of Japan (including the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, and the related laws and regulations) as well as the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and export control regulations of other countries.
    In addition, a commodity shall not be exported or re-exported to entities on the export control list released by the governments of Japan and other countries.
    To export or re-export a commodity you are requested to follow the necessary procedures at your own responsibility and cost. Please contact the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, the Department of Commerce of the United States, and the authorities concerned in other countries for details about such procedures.

Important Notice Before Applying for Samples

  1. This product is sold in one set (20 pieces) unit at a CIF price of ＄48,000 (excluding any taxes tariff) + a local logistic cost if any requests are made.
  2. Orders are limited to a maximum of 5 sets.
  3. As quantities are limited, we may be unable to fulfill all requests.
  4. After applying, our distributor, Sojitz Corporation, will provide details, including delivery terms.
  5. Purchases will be confirmed after export control and necessary procedures are completed.
  6. Shipments are scheduled to begin around April 2025.
