Please show how to run 32bit application that uses TeliCamSDK on 64bit Windows.（No.226）

64 bit Windows has emulation layer named "WOW64" for running 32 bit application program on 64bit OS.
It is necessary to install 32bit dlls that the 32bit application uses on 64bit Windows before running 32bit application in WOW64 mode.
