Industrial Cameras FAQ/Corrupted images are acquired ...

Corrupted images are acquired in "SequentialShutter" mode.(No.1487)

"SequentialShutter" is a feature to change image acquisition parameters, such as exposure time, gain, image offset, on starting exposure of each frame. Image acquisition parameters are loaded from UserSet memory.

Image size parameters at the timing that image streaming is started are kept used to avoid the case that image data size exceeds image receiving buffer size.

Note that TeliCamAPI does not check if combination of image size to read and the loaded image offset is valid. Even if ROI is not contained in image sensor size, image acquisition operation will be executed with no error status. Since the pixel value of the domain exceeding the size of an image sensor cannot be read, images like [ in case the horizontal size of an image does not suit a preset value ] will be acquired when a ROI parameter is over the horizontal size of image sensor.

Never use ROI width and height value that combination with image offset value loaded from UserSet memory is invalid, on starting "SequentialShutter" mode image acquisition.
