It is not possible to change application ID.[SPS02]（No.1471）

This parameter is set to read only, to avoid miss operation.
If it is necessary to change this parameter, please refer to SPSViewer_Manual　8.4.1. "Application" page　and choose
"Permission of edit for application ID" in context menu of Figure 8-9.
