The following error message appears when you start the IP Configuration Tool: [GigE camera]  Error - UpdateConnectionList()_GetBindingList() failed, code = 0x8004A024(No.1455)

This phenomenon happens when the account user without the administrator privileges uses TeliGevSDK ver1.0.6.1. This occurs on Windows7.
To avoid this problem, please start from the "Run as administrator" at the context manual (right click) when you run the application.
