Probably you mention the time for IP address setting.
If the camera was set in DHCP mode and the connecting PC did not have DHCP server, since the following precedure (looking for DHCP server -> IP address setting at LLA ) would be required, it takes some time. In case the number of connection cameras are fixed and persistent IP was set, the booting time will be shorten.
