Please show the behavior of a camera when TriggerDelay and Bulk-Trigger is activated. (No.1486)

When TriggerDelay value is more than 0 and TriggerSequence value is CAM_TRIGGER_SEQUENCE6, the camera will start exposure of the first frame after waiting specified delay time since trigger signal is detected, and the camera will start exposure of the succeeding frames after waiting specified delay time since starting exposure of the succeeding frame becomes possible.

If enabling delay only for the first frame is required, the following settings are available.
A) Set 0 to TriggerDelay and change the timing of external trigger signal.
B) Set 0 to TriggerDelay and discard the leading N frames. User application should set required image count + N to TriggerAdditionalParameter register.
