"Not Installed" is shown at Filter driver item of Adapter’s Information in IP Configuration Tool.(No.305)
On Windows XP, IP Configuration Tool may show "Not Installed" at Filter driver item of Adapter’s Information, even if GigE Vision filter driver is working fine.
Please check that TeliGevViewer detects GigE Vision camera correctly and the viewer can show images from connected GigE Vision camera, to confirm the installation status of GigE Vision filter driver.
If TeliGevViewer fails to detect GigE Vision camera, check the IP address settings of Ethernet adapter and the camera. If no problem were found in IP address settings, try re-installation of GigE Vision driver.
