INVALID_STREAM_HANDLE is returned from TeliCamAPI camera streaming functions（No.1539）
Application is not allowed to use a stream handle (CAM_STRM_HANDLE) obtained with Strm_OpenSimple() or Strm_Open() after Strm_Close() is executed for the stream handle. Executing the camera streaming functions with handle of already closed stream will return INVALID_STREAM_HANDLE.
If application uses camera streaming functions of TeliCamAPI in the multiple threads, please be careful to avoid executing the camera streaming functions using the stream handle of the already closed stream.
