TeliU3vViewer does not show a BU series camera. Device manager shows it as a properly working device. （No.1483）
A device driver other than TeliCamU3vDriver might be attached to the BU/DU series camera.
Open "Device manager" and check how the camera is being shown.
When device driver of TeliCamSDK is properly attached, BU/DU series camera will be shown as "USB3 Vision Camera(BUxxx)" or "USB3 Vision Camera(DUxxx)" under "TOSHIBA TELI(R) Digital Cameras" group.
When device driver other than TeliCamU3vDriver is attached, BU/DU series camera will be shown under the other group.
